The Community Edition of Clear Retro is completely free. You get access to all current features including AI Smart Add, Professional Exports, and Numerical Voting without any hidden paywalls.
There are no hard limits on the number of boards or members. We use Gemini Cloud AI to ensure high availability. While we monitor for abuse, typical teams will never hit a limit.
Our goal is to keep a generous free tier indefinitely. In the future, we may introduce a 'Pro' or 'Enterprise' plan with advanced team management features, SSO, or audit logs to support the project's development, but the core features you use today are free.
Generating AI insights has a cost. We aim to keep basic AI features free on the Community tier, but we may introduce higher-usage limits or premium AI models for professional teams later on.
Absolutely. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use Google Cloud Platform (Firebase) for secure storage. We do not sell your data or use it to train public AI models.
Yes. Data portability is a core value. You can export any board to a formatted PDF report or raw CSV/Excel file at any time.
